War Dates Research
Research framework investigating the hypothesis that major conflict events cluster around sacred calendar dates across traditions. If specific astronomical windows correlate with both heightened spiritual awareness AND elevated conflict, this may indicate that the same conditions that thin the veil also affect human behavior in measurable ways.

World War I Declaration
Aug 1–4, 1914
WWI began on Lughnasadh AND Tisha B'Av — the Hebrew date associated with the destruction of both Temples, the exile from Spain, and multiple other historical catastrophes. Cross-tradition calendar convergence on a single conflict initiation.
9/11 Attacks
Sep 11, 2001
Sep 11 is the Ethiopian New Year (Enkutatash) — the day after the Pagumē liminal period ends. Research question: was the date selection deliberate based on calendar knowledge, or coincidental?
Yom Kippur War
Oct 6, 1973
Attack deliberately launched on Jewish highest holy day AND Islamic holy month simultaneously. Dual-tradition calendar targeting confirmed. Demonstrates awareness of calendar-based vulnerability windows.
Battle of Hastings
Oct 14, 1066
Battle of Hastings occurred 17 days before Samhain. Norman conquest timing relative to Celtic calendar threshold — coincidence or campaign season alignment?
Boston Marathon Bombing
Apr 15, 2013
Passover + Beltane approach window. Multiple calendar significance overlap.
Pearl Harbor Attack
Dec 7, 1941
Pre-dawn Sunday attack at maximum solar darkness approach. Astronomical timing for visibility minimization or calendar window selection?
